We are currently seeking a full-time day shift diesel technician. Someone who is well-rounded, experienced, and driven to assist the shop in supplying our loyal customer base with their repair needs.
Duties:
- Communicate with customers regarding the scope of work to be performed
- Diagnose and repair medium to heavy-duty trucks and trailers, including but not limited to, preventative maintenance, state inspections, repairs to air and hydraulic brakes, tires, driveline, steering and suspension, electrical, AC systems, component overhaul, engine repair and rebuild
- Complete all necessary tasks, including billing parts accurately and working with the parts manager to order any needed non-inventoried parts
- Adhere to all company policies and safety guidelines and assist in keeping the shop space clean and safe
- Perform other duties as assigned
