Seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to be responsible for recruitment, benefits administration, employee relations, policy development, maintenance, and confidentiality of employee information and payroll. Should be knowledgeable with compliance and employment law applicable to a small but growing business. (Less than 50 employees).
Requirements:
- A minimum of three years’ generalist experience required.
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and payroll processing platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree with HR or management concentration preferred.
- Must have ability to work independently, display excellent verbal and written communication skills, prioritize efficiently, and multitask.
This is a part-time role, requiring 15-20 hours on site each week.
